09

City of Columbus recently issued the following announcement.

The City of Columbus, Columbus Parks and Recreation, and Columbus Regional Health (CRH) are pleased to release the official NexusPark logo design and announce the launch of the website – www.nexuspark.org – with the intent to provide timely information on campus development.

NexusPark development will transform the former Fair Oaks Mall into a thriving community asset focused on health, wellness, and recreation. It will include Parks administrative offices, flexible multipurpose, sports, fitness, and conference spaces, a 150,000 square-feet indoor field house, restaurant, and retail areas, and CRH physician, diagnostic and therapy services, with a focus on wellness. The mission of NexusPark is to provide sustainable and high-quality experiences for all community members and guests who visit the campus.

The NexusPark website includes current hours of operation, updates to the current facility, such as the indoor walking options, Frequently Asked Questions, progress reports, and a contact form. It will be updated periodically, as the campus is developed.

About the NexusPark logo

Developed in late 2021 by marketing agency/branding consultant Cronin, the logo creates an identity for the next generation of the facility. Creating a brand and identity for the next generation of the facility was a multi-phased collaborative effort that captured input from project stakeholders and community members to ensure a name brand and versatile, yet timeless, logo design that reflects the NexusPark mission and vision of welcoming all and enhancing the quality of life for those who visit.
