Indiana University-East issued the following announcement on Feb. 28.
Indiana University East's 25-win women's basketball team landed three players on the All-River States Conference teams announced Feb. 28.
Addie Brown and Kami McEldowney made the All-RSC first team. Kennedy Griffin earned second-team all-conference honors. Twenty players earned all-conference honors, with
10 on the first team and 10 on the second team.
Brown was IU East's top scorer this season with a career-best 16.7 points per game. She joins Tia King as the IU East women's basketball program's only three-time all-conference
honorees.
McEldowney averaged 14.2 points per game along with a team-high 2.2 steals per game.
Griffin posted 14.0 points per game and led the Red Wolves with 77 made 3-pointers.
Caitlin McEldowney represented IU East on the RSC Champions of Character team.
IU East (25-7) has posted the second-highest single-season win total in program history through the games of Feb. 26.
IU East will learn if it has earned an at-large bid to the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship on March 3.
