Meet Ginnie Faller... Ginnie is the Small Business Advisor for the Southeast Indiana Small Business Development Center covering Dearborn, Ripley, Ohio, Switzerland, Decatur and Franklin counties. She earned her MBA from Penn State and spent the next 15 years working to develop and market new products for such companies as GE, Kohler, and Campbell Hausfeld. Ginnie is passionate about helping the local economy grow through the planting of new businesses.

Come join us as we learn the two foundational building blocks to start any business planning, strategic planning or marketing planning exercise for your small business. Then, we will learn how to use those keys to accomplish growth in your business. These three planning activities are the backbone of implementing a good growth strategy, and they all hinge on the two key building blocks.
