The Indiana Tech baseball team continued its tradition of volunteering at the Northeast Indiana Special Olympics Bowling Tournament at Pro Bowl West this past Saturday, where over 150 bowlers from the surrounding areas participated. Tech's baseball team has volunteered for the event for many years.
"It is a great experience for our young men to give back to our community. It grows our team by learning to help others; there is no better exercise than to help others and lift those around you up." Coach Kip McWilliams said. "Our Players received many great compliments, which for a coach is all you can ask for in our world today, with all the negativity is to bring positive to someone's day."
