PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

SESSION 1

Who am I? What are my strengths? What are my preferences?

This is an interactive workshop based on the MBTI in which participants will not only learn about

their own preferences and strengths but begin to understand the preferences and strengths of

others.

SESSION 2

How do my preferences impact my communication and conflict style?

Learn the diverse ways individuals communicate and manage conflicts based on MBTI

preferences, and then apply those understandings through problem-solving activities with others.

SESSION 3 

How do I initiate experiences that fulfill a sense of belonging and purpose?

Develop a plan of action to use your values, interests, preferences and strengths to become

intentionally connected with your community.

Overall Series Takeaway

Gain critical understandings and develop skills that are simultaneously needed for career success

and community engagement to enhance an overall sense of belonging.

Professional Development Sessions 1-3 will be conducted by The Academic Achievement Center

SOCIALS

Social Outings will include bowling, games nights, leaders & lagers, and other fun activities!
