Offered by Healthy IU, these 25-minute drop-in Zoom sessions are an opportunity to relax, restore, and re-charge to meet our daily lives with inner peace and balance.
Eligibility: IU employees, their spouses on an IU-sponsored medical plan, and populations listed here.
Together, we will practice the relaxation tools of conscious breathing, meditation, and chair yoga. No previous experience necessary.Facilitator: Leslie Flowers, certified health and well-being coach, mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher, and director of student wellness at IU School of Dentistry.
