For many of us, the tendency is to turn to activities that numb or escape the discomfort of everyday stress and anxiety. However, doing so may be causing our bodies to store stress, resulting in mental and physical distress. Applying simple tactics to release and process daily stress can have big impacts on increased worker well-being.
During this 90-minute interactive workshop, participants will learn about the Stress Cycle and its effect on the mental and physical state.
Skye Nicholson of Soul's Truth Coaching will share simple and practical self-care tactics to relieve pent-up daily stress. Participants will be invited into self-reflection and small group discussions.
This event is free to all Chamber members. A light breakfast and coffee will be served.
