Tuesday, March 4: Columbus East High School standout Ethan Ianni’s college team loses to George Washington Colonials

On Tuesday, March 4, former Columbus East High School standout Ethan Ianni’s current college team, the UMBC Retrievers, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Washington Colonials.

The game took place at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park. This was their first matchup against the Colonials this season.

The Retrievers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at Alumni Field against Lehigh Mountain Hawks.
