On Thursday, Feb. 27, former Columbus East High School standout Karli Godwin’s current college team, the Oklahoma State Cowgirls, won 11-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Shockers this season.

The Cowgirls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12:30 p.m. at Wilkins Stadium against Nebraska Cornhuskers.
