Saturday, March 15: Columbus East High School standout Makenzie Foster’s college team wins to Illinois Fighting Illini

On Saturday, March 15, former Columbus East High School standout Makenzie Foster’s current college team, the Wisconsin Badgers, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Badgers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 20 at 4 p.m. at Devon Park against Purdue Boilermakers.
