Julia Sitterding, former Columbus East High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 28 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Columbus East High School standout Julia Sitterding’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles.

The game took place at JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 10 a.m. at JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex against Florida Gulf Coast Eagles.
